I held another Color of Woman Workshop entitled, “Lighting Your Sacred Spark”. I offered discounts to previous students AND to mother/daughter pairs, and in fact, we ended up with several mothers and daughters painting together.
One of the highlights of the day was that my 7th art teacher and her wonderful daughter came to the workshop. I hadn’t seen them in many, many years and it was a delightful reunion.
My photographer (my daughter) was having labor pains, so we didn’t take a lot of pictures this time around!

I had the privilege of being asked to be the guest presenter at the monthly meeting of Centre Region’s “We Are Enough” women’s group.
Facilitators, Sue and Kristin set up a beautiful centerpiece and created a great environment for discussion.
I led the group through the process of creating “Alchemical Affirmation Cards” and discussed the process of using art and creative expression for healing and transformation. The women created some meaningful cards, which they plan to carry in their purses; place on their altars, desks or bedside tables.

I was honored to show my artwork for March and April at the gallery of Two Sisters Healing Arts & Wellness Center in Mill Hall, PA. The Center is a renovated church and has a beautiful sanctuary area and gorgeous stained glass windows. Owner, Michele Terry, is gracious and warm and is clearly focused on providing the people of rural central Pennsylvania with an array of classes, workshops and events – unlike anything else in the region. Two Sisters clearly has the health and well-being of individuals in mind and offer many opportunities each month for learning about mind, body and spirit at prices that fit most budgets. The facility also includes a small gift shop with unique clothing, jewelry, books, home accessories and more. I highly recommend visiting this gem which is nestled in the beautiful countryside, near Lock Haven, PA. Lots of sites to see, including the Woolrich Factory Outlet where you’ll find a great selection of American-made outdoor clothing for men and women. My regular photographer (my daughter) was sick, so I don’t have many pictures from this event!

I also taught a “Color of Woman(R) Intuitive Painting Workshop, entitled “Lighting Your Sacred Spark”. I had a wonderful time with a great group of women. We painted our “sacred selves” and enjoyed a lovely luncheon together. Unfortunately, my camera malfunctioned and I don’t have any good shots of the class members with their paintings.

I am so very proud and excited to announce that I’ve successfully completed my Color of Woman training and I’m now a Certified Color of Woman Teacher AND a Certified Intentional Creativity Coach. I cannot say enough about the experience – the school, my instructors, my classmates and the materials were phenomenal.
The training was very intense; however, I learned so much about painting; leading; art as a healing tool and forged some incredible friendships with women from around the world.
I’m also thrilled to announce that I’ve been invited to join the staff & faculty of the Color of Woman School. I will be the Community Coordinator, orienting and assisting new students and I’ll be teaching portions of the course. Couldn’t be happier!

I taught my very first Color of Woman® workshop entitled, “Finding Your Muse”. What an amazing experience with an incredible group of women. They braved the snowy weather to attend, and some drove from a few hours away to be here. It was a full day of reflection, writing and painting. Some of the women had never painted before, so it was fun for me to see how happy they were with their final results.
Everyone got along very well…new friendships were forged, and we enjoyed a delicious potluck lunch together.
This workshop was considered the “student teaching” portion of my training and a requirement for graduation. I really learned a lot through the process. Set up and tear down were more involved and took more time than I’d hoped and I was extremely grateful for help with the heavy moving of tables, chairs, etc. offered by my husband and son. I was also grateful to my daughter, Elyse Pasquariello, for taking pictures during the event.
